Spooky Halloween Bliss Balls 🎃
We've turned our favourite bliss ball recipe into a healthy fun Halloween inspired snack! Perfect for a touch of fun in the lunchbox or serve them up at a class party.
Â
Ingredients (Makes 21)
13 meedjol dates - pitted
1 cup dried cranberries
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup desiccated coconutÂ
2 tsp coco powder
3 TBS light coconut milk
Â
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth. Shape into small round balls with your hands .Â
1. After rolling your bliss balls, dip them in melted chocolate.
2. Add wings : cut an Oreo in half and press one piece on each side of the ball.
3. Make them spooky : pop on two candy eyes for a bat effect.
Or keep it simple and turn them into creepy eyeballs by skipping the wings and adding just one candy eye.
Get creative and have fun!
Keep in an air tight container in the fridge for up to a week.
