Refunds & Returns
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure the quality of our products, with inspection teams on the ground at our manufacturing plant, and by checking your items before they are sent, occasionally things might fall through the cracks. Should you believe your product is faulty please contact us to discuss at hello@nudierudielunchbox.com.au. Please include your order number or proof of purchase and a video or photo of the problem. Please note that any items missing from your order or defects need to be brought to our attention within 7 days of receiving your goods.
If you cancel your order before it has been processed and dispatched, we will issue a refund minus transaction fees ( 2–6%, depending on your payment method). These fees will be deducted from your refund. Please note, orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and dispatched.
Late Parcels: Notify us of any late parcel inquiries within 14 days of the estimated delivery date to allow us to investigate.
Missing Parcels: Report missing parcels within 48 hours of the attempted delivery if you are unable to locate them.
Please note, compensation cannot be provided for inquiries made outside these timeframes.
Please ensure your address details are entered accurately, including in ApplePay or PayPal.
- Redelivery Fee: Orders requiring redelivery due to incorrect addresses, insufficient details, or failure to collect the parcel on time will incur an $11.95 fee.
- Returns & Restocking Fees: If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery or failure to collect, a $10 restocking fee will apply, along with full reimbursement of the shipping costs we incurred (not the flat shipping rate), even if your order qualified for free shipping. These fees will be deducted from any refunds.
- Incorrect Addresses: If an incorrect address was provided and the parcel has already been shipped or delivered, we cannot retrieve the parcel or offer a refund.
WARRANTIES
Our lunch boxes come with a 12 month warranty from date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
Our Junior and Neoprene lunch bags come with a 6 month warranty from date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
Our drink bottles come with a 6 month warranty from date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
Refunds will not be issued for general wear and tear (refer to care instructions below).
Our bottles and lunch boxes are made from hard wearing stainless steel but wear and tear is an inevitable part of any product, especially those designed for children. If dropped they will suffer dents and scratches and the patterns on the bottles can scuff when they come into contact with hard surfaces. Silicone is also prone to absorbing food stains, especially from the juice of fruits or vegetables like carrot sticks, watermelon, strawberries, tomatoes or rockmelon. While it is inevitable that these stains will form on silicone products, you can minimise or sometimes even remove the stains by soaking overnight in mild bleach and detergent.
This is all considered part of the normal wear and tear of our products, and refunds will not be issued.
Unfortunately, we are not able to retrospectively apply discounts to purchases made outside of our sales period, or to apply welcome or other discounts AFTER an order has been placed.
All discount codes become unavailable during storewide sales and promotions.
