Based on valuable feedback from our customers, we’ve made an exciting update: our much-loved lunchbox now features two plastic coloured clasps that match the interior silicone. This thoughtful addition makes it easy to identify which lunchbox you’re pulling from the drawer. The clasps are also easy to flip open, maintaining the user-friendly design our customers adore.

FAQs
The dimensions of the largest section of our 5 compartment lunch box are approx. 10 cm x 10cm. It will fit a sandwich made from a "traditional" sized loaf of bread - eg the type you might buy in house from the Coles or Woolworths bakery. It does not fit larger sized loaves of bread like Helgas or Wonder White without cutting off the crusts.
The dimensions of the largest compartment in our 2 compartment lunch box is much bigger at 11.8cm square and will fit most loaves of bread.
Silicone is prone to staining with watery and dark coloured foods, for example watermelon or tomato juice.
Soaking in hot soapy water with a very small amount of bleach added will help to remove the stains. Stains will naturally fade and disappear over time. We will not replace stained silicone as this is considered part of the normal wear and tear of the product.
Before putting away make sure your lunch box is completely dry. We recommend storing your lunch box with the seal out. This is to avoid a build up of any food smells.
Our drink bottles should be stored with the lid off and be completely dry to avoid any mould from forming.
Our ranges of lunch bags collapse/fold flat for easy storage.
We've worked hard to create tough, hard wearing products but all products are susceptible to wear and tear. Scratches or dents may occur with use of our stainless steel lunch boxes.
We use the thickest available neoprene (4mm) for lunch bag manufacturing. Whilst we think we've made a great hard wearing wash and wear product, it's not indestructible. Neoprene will tear or rip if caught or pierced with sharp objects or rough surfaces. We will not issues refunds for torn products.
Our lunch boxes are completely dishwasher safe. All components (silicone and stainless steel) can be washed this way. They are also suitable for hand washing.
We think our lunch boxes are suitable for a wide range of ages from little ones all the way up to adults.
Our updated Hero lunchbox now features two flip-open plastic coloured clasps attached to the lid. These clasps close downwards and provide a simple, easy-to-open mechanism, making the lunchbox suitable for young children aged 3 years and up. We recommend practicing opening and closing the clasps and the insulated food jar with your child before first use to ensure they can manage it confidently.
Our two compartment lunch box is suitable from around 4years of age. The clasp is firmer but generally manageable for young children once show how to open and close it.
Consider the suitability of this product for your child, as a small family run business, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind.
We recommend vinyl stickers be placed directly onto the lunch box or drink bottle. Our lunch bags have an internal tag to write your child's name on with a permanent marker or iron on label.

Our lunchboxes are crafted from high-grade 304 food-safe stainless steel and have been independently tested to meet FDA food safety standards. We use 100% pure silicone, also independently tested and LFGB certified—the highest standard for food-safe silicone products.
Silicone can absorb odors from scented dishwashing liquids or tablets. To prevent this, we recommend using fragrance-free dishwashing liquids or tablets, often labeled as "eco products" and available at most supermarkets. If your silicone products develop a soapy smell or taste, try one of the following deep cleaning methods:
Deep Cleaning Silicone:
1. Vinegar + Baking Soda
- Mix equal parts hot water and vinegar in a sink or bowl.
- Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda (it should fizz).
- Let the silicone soak for a few hours or overnight.
- Rinse and dry. Repeat if needed.
2. Boil in Water + Vinegar
- Fill a pot with 3/4 water and 1/4 vinegar (enough to cover the silicone).
- Boil for 10-15 minutes, then rinse and dry.
